Refund Policy

How refunds work for single Sessions and prepaid Bundles. This page is a plain-English summary — our full Terms of Use (Section 8) governs in the event of any conflict.

  • RESCHEDULE: Free, 24+ hrs notice
  • COOLING-OFF: 14 days, before Session starts
  • UNUSED BUNDLE: Refundable before expiry
  • REFUND TIMING: Within 5 working days

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your booking reference and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge every request within 2 working days.

If a Session wasn't up to standard

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a Session wasn't delivered with reasonable care and skill, you're entitled to:

  • Ask us to repeat the Session, or provide an equivalent replacement, at no extra cost — this is the first remedy we'll offer.
  • If repeat performance isn't possible, or doesn't resolve the issue, an appropriate price reduction or a full refund.

Tell us what went wrong when you get in touch — the more detail, the faster we can put it right.

Cancelling before a Session starts

  • 24+ hours notice: Free reschedule

Move your Session to a new time at no charge, by emailing us or using the rescheduling tool on the Site.

  • 14-day cooling-off: Statutory cancellation right

You can cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund. Because Sessions are often booked to start within that window, we'll ask you to confirm at booking that you're happy for the Session to begin before the 14 days are up — once a Session has been fully delivered, this cancellation right no longer applies to it.

  • Under 24 hours notice: May be forfeited

Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may mean the Session (or the Credit used to book it) is forfeited, unless the Session couldn't go ahead due to us or your Tutor.

Refunding a Bundle

If you haven't redeemed any Credits from a Bundle, you can request a refund of the unused balance at any time before it expires (90 days from purchase) — in full, with no deduction.

Once one or more Credits from a Bundle have been redeemed, the remaining balance becomes nonrefundable, other than under the 14-day cooling-off right above or as required by law.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5 working days of approval.
